The mixture of boots and sandals hit the scene a few years back, but these statement gladiators were not the fad people thought they would be.  Instead, they have continuously grown in popularity and are reloaded for spring/summer 2015. This season, we are seeing higher heels, metals, buckles, cutouts, and bondage looking type of sandals.  My sandals are a bit conservative (Katarina) compared to Tom Ford's, but they work for street style, everyday look.  Heeled knee high gladiators can be worn day or evening.  For day looks, I pair them with anything that hits above the knee like shorts, skirts, and dresses so the shoe grabs all the attention.  For evening looks, cocktail dress, shift dresses, longer dresses and skirts with slits look amazing with these shoes.
